Business Member Spotlight: Arlene Iglar

Arlene Iglar, BS Pharm, is the vice president of pharmacy operations at Aurora Health Care, part of Advocate Health. Within her role, she oversees pharmacy services at Aurora’s Wisconsin hospitals, as well as pharmacy automation and teaching programs across the Advocate Health system. Since joining the organization in 1997, Iglar has been dedicated to supporting and leading pharmacy practice at Aurora Health Care. She has represented Wisconsin within ASHP’s house of delegates and has been actively involved in PSW for many years through presentations, publications, and board member service. Iglar’s strong advocacy for the pharmacy profession permeates her work and motivates her to advance pharmacy practices.
